any extra people can be used as spotters along the throwing line.

The field should already be marked off with all boundaries .

There should be a person on each side of the field  to keep an eye on the line and where the phone lands.

Two tapes measurer about 300 feet and 100 feet

There should not be any spectators down field of the throw..

Measurements--- judges should use a walkie talkie to say the length to recorder on the "throwing line"

The recorder should stand by the throwing line and take the registration papers from the thrower.

The recorder should check the cell phone to see that the phone is proper.

After the throw the recorder must mark down length of the throw when it is announced by the judges or person in the field..

I will need an eight (8) foot 2x4x8 piece of wood.  This is the throwing line.  A nail will be put in the middle of it.  This is where the 300 foot ruler is attached to.  all measurements  are to be made from that nail.
